User Responsibilities

- Respect shift timings and center guidelines

- Use FocusDesk Assist services responsibly
Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any service (with notice) for maintenance or operational updates.
Liability
We are not liable for personal losses, missed deadlines, or misuse of the system unless proven due to direct negligence on our part.
Refund Policy
Overview
All bookings at FocusRoom are prepaid and non-refundable once services are accessed. However, exceptions may apply under specific circumstances.
Eligible Refund Cases
- Double payment due to system error
- Payment charged but service not activated within 24 hours
- Request made within 3 days of transaction
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to: support@focusroom.in with transaction details. If approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

- Missed shifts or unused hours
- Voluntary cancellation after service access
